Via a corporate laptop:

To change your domain password on a laptop, press Ctrl + Alt + Del, select “Change a password…“, and then enter your old and new passwords:

• Press Ctrl + Alt + Del simultaneously;
• Select “Change a password…“;
• Ensure the “business\yourlogin” or similar domain format is displayed;
• Enter your old password, then your new password twice;
• Click the arrow to confirm.

Via a web browser:

• Login to the Office page;
• Select “Change password“;
• Enter your new password twice;
• Click Save to confirm.

In case you cant to use current password for different reasons:

• Open link https://aka.ms/sspr at web browser;
• Input your corporate login (exmpl, name.soname@prowtc.com);
• Then confirm by both MFA: Microsoft Authenticator and Phone number;
• In case of correct confirmation you will acheeve the form of change password;
• Enter your new password;
• Click Save to confirm.
  

⚠For better secure use password with:
– width more then 12 symbols;
– contains the all of this: small letters, capital letters, numbers, symbols. (exmpl, not for using %84RdWcbp@5fcf).
