Corporate file storage https://mmbiglobal.sharepoint.com/sites/files_wt collects the files for team networking.
Help Desk portal
Help Desk https://help.desk.pwtrade.ae/ is a central portal for IT service: to resolve technical problems, to grant access to common folders and delegate the permissions to mailboxes. Moreover, you may get consultation about functionalities office applications.
MS Dynamics 365
MS Dynamics https://mmbi-prod.operations.eu.dynamics.com is a cloud-based portfolio of business applications from Microsoft. Work with Dynamics for providing purchase and sales operations.
DMS Document management system
Document management system DMS link provides execution of the following main functionalities: submitting contracts, signing of the approved document, setting up routes of the document approval.
Browser
Only Microsoft Edge browser is supported for accessing corporate resources, all other browsers are not supported. IT is prohibited to use other browsers due to lack of safety protection.
Communications
Work together with your colleagues for free:
- MS Outlook. E-mail and calendar. Don’t forget to set personal signature (link to instr) at mailbox.
